Step1: Revision
1、Show some pictures and read the words.
apples、bananas、tomatoes、milk
2、Revise sentences: Do you like apples/bananas/milk?
Yes, I do. /No, I don’t.
Does he like tomatoes?
Yes, he does. /No, he doesn’t.
Step2: Presentation
1、Show some pictures and teaching the new words:
socks、shorts、pants、shoes、T-shirt、sweater、bag、hat
2、学生跟着录音读以上生词。
Step3: Activity
1、描述自己的衣着:
让学生先熟悉自己所穿的衣物的英文名称,并联想自己穿的各种衣物,找出相应的英文名词
2、Look at the new words and look for the pictures.
3、Look at the pictures and write down the new words.
4、让学生领读以上的生词。
Step4: Presentation
1、Teaching the new sentences:
1)出示图片:T-shirt、sweater 问答:
How much is this T-shirt ? It’s seven dollars.
How much is the sweater ? It’s thirty dollars.
2)出示图片:socks、pants 问答:
How much are these socks ? They’re two dollars.
How much are the pants ? They’re thirty-five dollars.
2、学生分组练习对话。
Step5: Activity
1、学生看图画,自愿上台扮演老板和顾客,并进行问答。
2、让一名学生扮教师,并指导其它学生问答练习。
3、注释:1)“how much”用来询问价格。
How much is+单数名词/不可数名词。
How much are+复数名词。
3)“dollar”有复数形式“dollars”。
4、学生完成下列练习题:
1) A: ________ ________ is the T-shirt ?
B: It _________ twenty dollars.
2) A: How much ________ the milk ?
B: It _______ two yuan.
3) A: How much _______ the pants ?
B: _________ _________ fifteen dollars.
Step6: Homework
讨论文艺晚会的着装。
建议:谈论衣服的价格、颜色和购买地点。
